Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take six years away from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years and set higher goals each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way is possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
