April Bowlby

April Bowlby is an American actress and model. She's played Kandi in The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. Her most well-known role is for her portrayals in the roles of Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men and Drop Dead Diva, a show that is a comedy, legal and fantasy. Her modeling career began in the early 1990s before moving into film and TV. In the role of an extra, she first appeared on screen in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In Two and a Half Men she was cast as Kandi. Bowlby is well-known throughout the world for the role she played as Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva. She was the main character of Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American web-based show Titans. A spin-off from the show Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby has appeared in TV movies such as Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. Apart from All Roads Lead Home she appeared in The Slammin Salmon, From Prada to Nada as well as other films. She was offered an appearance on an important TV show (Kandi) in just a few months following her Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared as a guest in a variety of TV series like CSI: NY with Jenny Lee and Freddie (as Sydney) in 2005. Also, she appeared in Meg in How I Met Your Mother. Bowlby's most recent appearance was Natasha as a 12 year old girl who lost her mother in the result of an accident in her car. Bowlby is set to play Mia the main character for The Slammin Salmon (2008). She resides with her family in Los Angeles. Her natural hair is red with blue eyes. Her relationship is not a family affair.
