Lita Rossana Ford Also called Lita Ford is an American musician, singer and guitarist who was born in the UK. She was the lead guitarist in The Runaways, a hard-rock band made up of all girls in late 1970s. Their punk rock music and raunchy lyrics made them recognized by the rock world. The band was not able to make a significant impact on the scene in the United States but earned huge popular internationally, especially in Japan.
