Cecily Legler Strong, an American stand-up comedian and performer, is well-known for her performance in the role of a cast member on 'Saturday Night Live.' When she took an improv course at the age of nine and began her career as an actor. She initially wanted to be an actor, but then realized that she had an aptitude for comedy. The focus of her professional career changed from acting to Improv. Her career began with a cruise ship doing shows with fellow performers from Second City Conservatory & iO Chicago. Strong participated in popular shows like Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has also performed with Virgin Daiquiri the only female troupe - as well as New York Sketchfest. In 2012, she became famous when she appeared on "Saturday Night Live. She was a co-host on the Weekend Update segment with Seth Meyers at first and then alongside Colin Jost. Her character in "The Girls You Wish You Didn't Engage in Conversations with at a Parties' was the most memorable scene from her show. It was also the year that she made her movie debut in 'How to sponsor a Uterus. She criticized how women are treated like bikini models and female characters in movies made by Hollywood and not as strong female characters.
